CHRIS SULLIVAN, President
Chris Sullivan is a former law enforcement administrator with over 20 years of experience as a Homicide Investigator, Investigations Supervisor, S.W.A.T and Bureau Commander. Mr. Sullivan has served as an Internal Affairs Investigator and Supervisor, and has authored training manuals on use of force and conducting internal investigations.
Mr. Sullivan has over 15 years of Private Investigations experience in several states including California, Washington, Idaho, and Montana. He has appeared as an expert witness on cases involving police procedures and alleged misconduct. Mr. Sullivan has worked for more than 25 attorneys in Idaho, California, and Washington, and investigated criminal cases involving Murder, Murder for Hire, Manslaughter, Armed Robbery, Narcotic Sales, Assault, DUI, and other traffic offenses. He also worked in the Special Investigations Unit of a Fortune 500 company as a Senior Fraud Investigator.
In the Civil/Administrative arena, Mr. Sullivan has investigated wrongful death cases, wrongful termination, hostile work environment, and police use of force. He is a former Special Investigator for the Idaho Peace Officer Standards and Training where he conducted investigations into alleged misconduct by peace officers in order to determine their eligibility to retain their certification in Idaho. Mr. Sullivan has testified in Municipal/District and Superior Courts in California, Idaho, and Washington.
RICHARD BITONTI, Vice President
Richard A. Bitonti has over 33 years of investigative experience conducting complex criminal, regulatory, and workplace investigations. During his 29 year law enforcement career, Mr. Bitonti worked his way through the ranks and retired in 2010 as the Commander of the Investigative Services Division overseeing investigative operations (criminal and administrative) for a police department in Southern California.
More recently Mr. Bitonti was employed by the Oregon Medical Board (OMB) as an Investigator III based in Portland Oregon. During his tenure with OMB, his primary responsibility was to conduct sensitive investigations of licensed medical professionals alleged to have been involved in professional misconduct as outlined in the Oregon Medical Practice Act.
Mr. Bitonti left the public sector after accepting an offer to join The Boeing Company as the Lead Investigator in Human Resources Investigations (HRI) for Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA). BCA employs approximately 80,000 employees throughout the world. In this capacity, he provided leadership to the unit and reviewed the work product of approximately 30 HRI Investigators based in Washington State and South Carolina. As BCA’s Lead HRI Investigator, he also conducted complex, sensitive, and high-level workplace investigations domestically and internationally.
